Payments & Scheduling Policy

    • Payments due before first session and after sessions expiration.

    • To make payments:  Online or in-person by cash or checks made payable to “Maximum Impact”.

    • Monthly Memberships expire 30-days from purchase date.

      • Scheduling:  Online preferred or by appt. info.
      • Cancellation:  Re-schedule 1-hour prior to your scheduled start time or loose that day(s) credit.
      • No Refunds or Carry Over
